Today we have flexible lines to be able to make changes in size very quickly and minimise stoppages of the machines, thus increasing productive efficiency. We also have completely robotized nailing lines that reduce the effort of the workforce. The productive model has changed. We must be flexible, agile and capable of being able to manufacture any model of pallet in the least time possible, being equally efficient and competitive in manufacturing costs.

The PDS software connection with the MACH-type automatic nailing lines enables digitalisation and automatic exportation of the models of pallet that must be manufactured. At the same time, it also enables human errors to be avoided in the changes of measurements, saving very valuable time.
The use of sensors and control elements allows us to increase the reliability of the manufacturing lines. Thanks to systems such as Visiopal it is possible to detect errors immediately during the manufacturing process.
The data that the sensors and control elements generate is fundamental in the entire production process. DATAPAL allows the exportation and analysis of the data accumulated in the manufacturing lines to gain in efficiency, competitiveness and production.
